Why We Started LuxeHaus
Before starting LuxeHaus, we managed our own short term rental. Every booking, every turnover, every late-night guest message. It worked, but it was a second job.
The bigger problem was watching other properties in the area underperform. Owners self-managing with no pricing strategy, inconsistent cleaning, and slow response times. We built a system that fixed all of that for our own property, and then started applying it to others.
LuxeHaus Stays exists to give property owners across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties the same results a professional host gets, without having to become one themselves.
What We Do Differently
Most property management companies manage dozens of properties across multiple markets. They know the averages, not the streets.
We operate exclusively in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. We know which weeks book first in Jupiter, what guests want in Port St. Lucie, and how Airbnb vs. VRBO performs differently in each market. That local knowledge shapes everything we do: pricing, listing copy, guest communication, and vendor relationships.
We also apply the same systems to every property we manage that we use in our own. There is no "good enough" standard for a client property that we wouldn't apply to ours.

We personally oversee every property we manage. If something needs attention, we handle it. No call centers, no remote coordinators.

We use PriceLabs dynamic pricing calibrated to local demand. Rates adjust daily based on market conditions, local events, and booking pace.

Priscila and Daniela are co-founders and the primary operators of LuxeHaus Stays LLC, registered in Florida in February 2026. Together they oversee every property in the portfolio, from onboarding and listing setup to monthly reporting and owner communications.
