How quickly can I get started?
Most properties are listed and ready for guests within two to four weeks of signing. That includes photography, listing creation, pricing setup, and operational configuration.
What is included in the tech fee?
The $100 monthly tech fee covers your property management software (OwnerRez), dynamic pricing tool (PriceLabs), smart lock integration, and channel management across Airbnb, VRBO, and Google Vacation Rentals.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Our management agreements include a notice period, and we work to make the transition smooth. We want to earn your business every month, not lock you in.
