Why We Started LuxeHaus
Before starting LuxeHaus, we managed our own short term rental. Every booking, every turnover, every late-night guest message. It worked, but it was a second job.
The bigger problem was watching other properties in the area underperform. Owners self-managing with no pricing strategy, inconsistent cleaning, and slow response times. We built a system that fixed all of that for our own property, and then started applying it to others.
LuxeHaus Stays exists to give property owners across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties the same results a professional host gets, without having to become one themselves.

Meet Your Hosts
Priscila and Daniela are co-founders and the primary operators of LuxeHaus Stays. Together they oversee every property in the portfolio, from onboarding and listing setup to day-to-day management.
The portfolio started with a home of our own: a four-bedroom in Port St. Lucie that guests rate 5.0. It is still the proving ground for everything we roll out to client properties.
